Whew ! I haven’t been writing for soooooo long that I almost forgot how.
Anyways, this is just an update about what were doing for Cosmania.
Since me and my friend Eric ( though is more on my part ) likes to rush things out, we only started buying materials, props and stuff needed for his cosplay yesterday.
Although our plan was to meet at Marquee at 2 pm, we ended up going to Marquee from my house at 12:20. The first thing we tried to look for when we came there was Comic Alley.
I know, I know .
There is no more Comic Alley there but since neither of us often go to Marquee, we didn’t know. Okay, so Comic Alley’s crossed out. Next up, the wig shop. ( Sorry, I don’t know the name of the shop ) This took us a lot of time. But it turns out that shop was long gone already. The last thing we did there was to look for a wig, either red or brown or magenta. Still, there is none. This was the time we decide that we should go to Nepo.
We came to Nepo Mall because of Expressions. We bought red textile paint at Expressions. Only that.
Our next stop was Jenra. We were able to buy felt foam at Book One. We tried to look at Japan Home Center but they don’t have wigs anymore. They use to have wigs there; black, brown, and red. We roamed around a little bit and went out.
At this point I don’t know anymore where we can go so I took him to 268. But the only thing we were able to buy was the yellow shirt.
Our materials are still incomplete so we went to the plaridel area. We went straightly to Traditional since that’s where my mom used to take me. There, it took us a very long time trying to decide which fake gem we should take. The original shape we need is diamond but there were no diamonds. Good thing before we were able to buy the rain drop shaped gem, I saw a diamond shape gem.
And since there were no violet sweater, we bought a purple fabric.
Yes, I will be the one to make the sweater.
We were really tired so we went back to Nepo. Before we stayed at the food court, we went back to expressions to buy a pink gem but since there were none, I thought of buying a black paint.That’s when we saw the PENTEL FABRIC FUN.
It was really interesting and a bit believable. And with a price of around 75 pesos,
It’s pretty affordable. But if this thing didn’t work, seriously.
But PENTEL, why should I worry?
Eric bought a Coke with the word Cutie printed on it. He said it PERFECTLY DESCRIBES HIM.
Oh really?
While he was busy listening to music and drinking Coke, I was busy drafting, making patterns, and writing plan while drinking Pepsi.
He suggested that we should stay in the nearby Internet cafe after were done with our mini rest.
The internet cafe is actually pretty cool. You have to make a username to use a unit.
Anyways, I tried to look for a wig online. While I was busy doing that,
Eric, like any other guy in that shop,
was busy playing League of Legends.
Around quarter to six we went home.
About the event itself, as much as I want to go to Cosmania, I cannot go. Eric on the other will come, cosplaying Sora. He will come alongside Crimson Legend member HAREM on the first day.
